Our Purpose:
As an Associate Insights Analyst you will join our Customer & Market Insights Team who are responsible for informing Xero’s strategic agenda, including identifying new opportunities and refining how we look at existing opportunities. This team closely partners with the business to measure performance and formulate actions to improve experiences across the customer lifetime.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with Senior Insights Consultants to embed and grow advocacy for key programs of work across the business
- Support the delivery of programs of work related to understanding our brand performance and positioning in the market, including using data to extract key insights for stakeholders
- Leverage Qualtrics (survey & reporting platform) to support the management of end-to-end research alongside our research partners and Senior Insights Consultants
- Act as a key liaison between Xero and external agencies to translate business requirements into actionable outcomes
- Support Senior Insights Consultants in providing Xeros with the insights required for them to make evidence-based decisions
- Explore and analyse different datasets at Xero, alongside data derived from our research program
- Collaborate with the wider Customer & Market Insight team to leverage other insight knowledge
What you’ll bring with you:
- Tertiary qualified in any of marketing, economics, psychology, social sciences, science, commerce, statistics or accounting
- Research and analytics experience – either agency or client side
- Experience with any of Display or Qualtrics
- Excellent numeracy and writing skills, as well as high attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Hunger and passion to drive best practice, both delivered by agencies and within the insight process
- Adept at building trust and engaging stakeholders
