The Role: As the Front Office Receptionist, you will serve as the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk, handle inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.
– Escort guests to their designated floors or areas, providing guidance and information as needed
– Manage and coordinate conference room bookings.
– Maintaining visitor’s logbook
– Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
– Notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-ins, early check-ins & special requests
– Issue, collect, and track access keys for authorized personnel, ensuring proper documentation and security protocols
– To maintain keys of all floors
– Provide administrative support to other functions like facilities/Admin/HR
– Handle data entry and document preparation at the front desk
– Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
– Report any security concerns, incidents, or irregularities promptly
– Handle any other duties related to front office operations
The experience you need:
– Bachelor’s degree in any; additional certification in office management is a plus
– Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
-Proven at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Preferred :
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Professional appearance and attitude
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
– Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
