We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in selling advertising space on various platforms such as Amazon Ads or Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including advertisers, agencies, and partners, through outbound sales efforts, networking, and relationship building.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, benefits, and capabilities of advertising products and services offered on assigned platforms, effectively communicating value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing the value of advertising on assigned platforms and addressing client objections.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms with clients to secure advertising commitments and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the organization.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales process, and providing accurate forecasts and updates to sales leadership. Sales Force knowledge is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, account management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and deliver exceptional service to clients.

What You Need For This Role

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in the digital advertising industry.
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in display, search, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and organization.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities, client needs, and market conditions.
