Description of Task to be Performed:   
AnaVation is seeking a Senior Operations Administrator to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our systems. Key responsibilities include: 
– Oversee daily operations of systems to maintain consistent performance and reliability. 
– Monitor system logs and activities to identify and address anomalies and security incidents.
– Utilize trouble-ticketing software for managing and resolving issues. 
– Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls, ensuring proper permissions and security. 
– Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. 
– Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. 
– Create, produce, and maintain ticketing system reports and metrics reports on both scheduled and ad-hoc bases.
– Prepare and submit progress, status, and other reports to management and team leads. 
– Develop and maintain new Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet performance and compliance goals. 
– Identify gaps in workflow processes, present solutions to management and staff, and document areas for process improvements. 
– Analyze results of workflow plans, monitor operating systems, and recommend changes to improve system processing and utilization.
– Plan and recommend machine modifications or additional equipment to enhance system capacity. 
 
This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph. 
 
This position is on-site with our customer in Washington, DC. After the initial phase of on-site support, there is potential for remote work, subject to customer approval. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.  
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of PKI and multifactor authentication. 
  • Familiarity with incident response and security monitoring tools.
