The Role:
The Solution Consulting team at Ushur works as a bridge between customers, sales, product and engineering teams to ensure the successful sale, onboarding, expansion and renewal of our customers. As an Ushur Technical Consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting our implementations to help our customers maximize the benefits of Ushur. This includes scoping, designing and deploying end-user and customer automation journeys using state of the art Artificial Intelligence, and data science. The position as a Technical Consultant is at the heart of the Sales Consulting team, driving the business forward and shaping the success of our customers.
Responsibilities:
      Create and build complex Workflows using industry best practices
      Write solution and technical documentation including data flow diagrams, and business process flows.
      Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to implement software solutions
      Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
      Provide support and technical implementation on multiple projects at multiple clients
      Understand Customer business requirements and design solutions to satisfy them.
      Create solution and technical documentation
      Supporting product development, bugs using Asana and Jira
      Allocate time to client-facing demonstrations, drafting RFx responses.
      Supporting product development, report bugs using Asana and Jira
 
Experience: 
      5-8 years experience in a consulting company or mid-to-large SaaS enterprise solutions company or similar experience 
      Startup DNA is a must: willing and able to do “whatever it takes” with motivation to find solutions rather than admire the challenge.
      Customer-first behavior
      Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills 
      Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon AWS
      Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman tool
      Passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing SaaS startup where we move quickly and wear many hats
      Diligent in Agile delivery.
      Strong knowledge of software platforms/frameworks and associated solutioning approaches such as Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and MS Dynamics 365.
      Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon AWS
      Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
      Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical personnel.
